I recently gave my local Schmizza Public House a try, never been before. The service was good, being so slow, food was brought... out quickly. I had a Strawberry Ale, it tasted amazing! Large selection of IPAs. Was able to sample some before making a choice. Our waitress was awesome and the food was yummy as... was the lemon cake. Prices were reasonable. We all enjoyed our meals, beer and desserts were excellent. It's very clean,quick to take your order and checked back frequently to see if we needed anything. Masks optional. Handicap accessible. Great place with great food. The employees were all nice and very helpful. The beer choices were good. The food was a little on... the higher price side for what you get. I would go again if I have the money to splurge with. Update: Went here for some goodeats again. Had the Cheadle lake chicken sandwich with a side salad. The food was delicious and good portion sizes. They have agreat beer selection as well. The atmosphere was busy for a Sunday afternoon with a short wait to be seated. Definitelyrecommend this place. I have ate here three times. The first time was amazing the food was good, cooked perfect with great flavor and the service was... good. The second time we ordered food to take home and it was very over cooked and cold. Tonight I ordered food my favorite wrapand chicken tenders for my son? well the chicken tenders were burnt I mean really burnt and dry! so the last two times I?veordered food I have got over cooked food, really dry and not good. I had their Sch"meat"ball hero, and it sure looked appetizing. The smell of marinara increased my appetite, however here's a... tip. Avoiding eating with your hands unless you want it to be messy. Explains why there was a knife and fork included. Read more
