Went for Thanksgiving dinner, plates were NOTHING like the menu pics. Menu showed 4 pc of turkey for a normal order, we ordered... double turkey and were given 2 pc. When we asked, we were given oy 2 more. The manager outright said "yeah, don't look at thatmenu picture, were only serving 2 per order.". When we ordered our pies, that came with the dinner, the waitress asked if wewanted ice cream with our pies, we said yes. Mine was supposed to be the apple pie with ice cream anyway. She returns with noice cream on any of them and says they aren't serving ice cream today. Yet again NOT what was pictured in the menu. Overall, avery much less than desirable dinner. Very disappointed. Doubtful to return thanks to false advertising and staff attitudes. Read more
Ordered thanksgiving dinner from here this year. Absolutely outstanding. The pickup routine this year was fast and efficient. ... I drove up, gave my name and my dinner was loaded in my trunk for me. No wait. The turkey was moist and tasty, the dressingsuperb, the potatoes and green beans with ham excellent and the pumpkin bread, OMG, so good. Ordered cranberry pecan grilled chicken salad with banana nut bread. After 30 minute online wait time picked up and chicken was... sparse, over cooked and cold. No blue cheese which was half the reason I chose this salad. No plastic ware in the takeout bag.Banana nut bread was hard and dry. this place was AWFUL! we waited like 15 minutes to be seated, then waited another 45 for any service and we never got our food!... there were about ten plates of food sitting for over 20 minutes!! when we told them that we were leaving, they all stoppedworking and was giving us serious attitude and being super mean to us saying they?re busy when they were not at all. they didn?teven tell us there was going to be a wait. and to top it off, i saw atleast five people standing and talking and cussing! nothelping anyone. we never got any refills on our drinks or anything. if i could leave 0 stars i would. the straws were absolutelydisgusting and looked used. the waitress slammed the menus down. disrespectful Read more
I get a lot of free meals there. That is because they keep screwing my order. For example I ordered an Omelet a few days ago. I... got it home and it had the wrong meat in it and wrong cheese. Breakfast skillet was good but the sunrise breakfast arrived almost cold with hard and cold toast after a long wait. Music was... heavy beat pop stuff - not very pleasant after being on the road. BE is usually a safe bet, but they were a bit off at thislocation. Read more
