They don't sell pretzels!!! I went in, they said nothing is ready, will be ready in 15 minutes. So, I went back in 20 minutes... later. Still NO PRETZELS!! They had cut all the pretzels into nuggets. Make sure it is fresh made , very hard like a rock, when the old big dood works, food is very hard not fresh
Employees should know that customers have eyes too and can see when they roll theirs at each other in response to being asked... for a fresh pretzel instead of one that?s been sitting in the case all day. I know that courtesy is rare these days, but I won?tbe spending another dollar here. Read more
Every time I get a pretzel from there, it's burnt on the bottom and you can't tell til you go to eat it and it tastes burnt and... horrible. Haven't had one from there in a while, still terrible. Read more
The worst Auntie Anne?s location. I don?t know why they?re in business. They never have anything available even at 1 pm. I come... to this truck stop pretty often and I could never get anything from this store. If you ask for something they?ll say it?ll beready in an hour. You come back an hour later, they?ll tell you it?ll be ready in 2-3 more hours. They never want to doanything. You?ll never be able to buy things you want from this store.
