At the food truck I discovered it?s good to take a food chance!! I love Thai and this express truck choice of food was amazing.... The Pad Thai is as I had hoped!!nicely fresh ingredients. a bit -mild- and simple and the added egg was a great surprise. Thespring rolls are the Best I?ve had in NH or VT with the sweet chili oil.
