Well.... Where to start? It took a minute for the waitress to come over and there were only three other people in the place... When we arrived. Maybe they were busy before us? My sandwich came out and it wasn't even the sandwich I ordered. Send it backfor a remake and explain to them I ordered sourdough not wheat bread. The second sandwich came out and it was exactly like thefirst. Not the sandwich I ordered and on wheat bread not sourdough. So I got up to speak to somebody and they just brought meout two pieces of sourdough and I had to take the fixings off the one on the wheat bread and put them onto the sour dough bread. But the chili was good. My husband ordered a club on white and it came out made on wheat also missing the center piece ofbread. Not fresh hamburgers, pre-formed patties. Two cheeseburgers and an order of greasy onion rings cost over $32 before tip. For... that price, you can get two Premium Weekend Adult buffets with KC Strip steak at Dietz Family Buffet in Clinton. What TheVintage Cowgirl also doesn't tell you is that they add 3% for using a credit card. More businesses are doing this and more andmore of us customers are choosing to spend our money elsewhere. When will these places start adding a line on the receipt forthe rent, utilities or the cook's salary? I'm sure they have plenty of justification for all the costs but how can another placeoffer "All-you-can-eat" steak and buffet for the same price as a couple of cheeseburgers?
