I understand they were busy, but before I even got in the door the employee was loudly proclaiming she needed a different job.... She insisted I didn't have an order while I stood there with my phone trying to show her the order number where it said theywere making my order. Eventually she asked someone else who confirmed my order. I didn't get what I ordered but after 20 minutesof waiting I just gave up. Read more

One of the dirtiest Mc'D's I've ever been in! ???? The bathroom in the kids play area was so disgusting -- unusable! The food... was cold and seemed like it was old. Fries had no salt. Drink area had spilled ketchup and soda everywhere. Will not be back tothis location. Read more
The big breakfast used to be good, but this time was awful. The eggs were overcooked, dripped water, more than what should be... normal condensation. The sausage was tasteless. The biscuit was tough. The drive-thru was busy, so perhaps the food was pre-madeand packaged for the rush? Just disappointing. Read more
We stopped at the McDonald?s on Jefferson in Lebanon about 10 til 9:00. We had 5 little boys with us who?d been riding in the... car for several hours. My daughter asked if the Play Place could be opened a few minutes early and was told no, it wouldn?t beopen until 9:00. We waited patiently until 9:00, when I asked politely if it could be opened but got no response. I asked asecond person, who told me the maintenance man would have to open it. The third person I asked told me the maintenance man hadthe key and wasn?t there to open the Play Place. I appreciate the fact that the restaurant was busy, but I don?t understand whysomeone didn?t tell us sooner that the Play Place couldn?t be opened. Maybe someone besides the maintenance man could haveaccess to the key. Read more
Mom and I stopped here to use the restroom and get food; on the womens bathroom door there?s a schedule posted when they last ?... sanitized the bathroom? NOTHING was written on it and not even a marker was there, went into the bathroom all stalls had notoilet paper or one sheet left, soap dispensers empty, paper towels everywhere which was a big ick and then we went to go orderfood and when we went to go get our drinks the drinks were flat and warm out of the drink dispenser so we went to go get ourmoney back and upon their knowledge they knew that the fountain drinks were broken and decided not to tell anyone. Order was incorrect, had to call management over the phone from the car in drive-thru. Drive- thru staff was rude, management... tried to make things better but it was nearly too little too late. Atmosphere was okay, we were in our car; except it wasextremely long wait while waiting for resolution. Read more
