What a great experience.the really tall gal was amazing with her customer service skills. It's great to have a cashier who can... get you what you want and not have to hunt and peck for 5 minutes! Tables were a little dirty ,but it was after the church rushso I'm sure you were busy. I miss the Buffett as a kid,so many breast and drummies eating green beans and mashed potatoes. Not sure what is going on here. We usually order chicken or chicken strips. This time my husband ordered chicken and I ordered... the chicken strips. My chicken strips looks like somebody just took a boneless skinless breast cut five pieces off of it Andthrough it on the floor to pick up a very little amount of breading then through it in the grease for very limited time. We loved the meal but the prices are ridiculous. We went through the drive through and they didn't mess our order up this time.
Food was great. But I ordered extra cold slaw 4.49 got 20 miles home to eat an didn't have my full order .
Lebanon's KFC has been trash for a few years now, sadly because my family used to frequent the restaurant. Today we gave in to... our better judgment and tried again because of the Jack Harlow meals, we were reminded quickly that Lebanon's KFC is still underpoor management with the rubber chicken and the poor customer service. The person taking orders cut us off as we were trying toorder, the woman at the window darn near threw our food at us without a thank you or a screw you and no butter or honey, andthen when we parked safely out of the drive through to get pictures with the Jack Harlow poster in the window that would havebeen accompanied with good reviews online and we were yelled at for being in the "flower beds", we were in the dirt that shouldhave been mulch I guess. I ordered a #4 (3 tenders) $7.99 and got a 4-pc chicken dinner $11.99. When I took the box back to the counter, the clerk told... me #4 was not tenders! (We had even discussed sauces when I first ordered.) I didn't want to argue, but was upset. I ate some ofwhat I was given... the chicken for both my husband and I was greasy. The ice machine was empty, but was promptly filled! Theonly bright spot for our over-priced lunch was we were given a Senior discount without asking. Read more
