We have avoided Dennys nationwide for a long time due terrible customer service, but decided to give the Dennys in Lebanon a try... as we drove through. It was great! Great food, great service, and a really good price. So glad we gave this location a chance. Read more
Came in a few weeks ago for breakfast and as a server I was very disappointed with the service. She never refilled my... coffee..... but the steak was one of the best I've had and I've been too a lot of high end steakhouses. Even worked at asteakhouse. Great food. Great steak! But work on the early morning staff. First thing in the morning wee need a smile not awoman who is clearly angry and fed up with her job. Read more
If you're nearby and hungry = stop here! From the get go the staff was polite and the restaurant was very clean! The food... (cheeseburger & BLT) looked and tasted great! We typically leave great reviews but this Dennys was so understaffed that a 2 person dinner took 2 hours from the time we got... there and was seated to the time we got food and ate it.. The food was great. The prices are not bad. They need help. They didthe best they could. Read more
