So I decided I needed a change-up. Gameday is usually BWW, but opted today for a better menu...Applebee's! Walked in and... Brooklyn is meeting me with this HUGE wide welcoming smile. "Welcome to Applebee's!" I asked for three things; an outlet, if icould see my game, and a waitress that would pick back if I picked on her. While I came back from the truck, getting my stuff,Brooklyn already had me a table with an outlet, was working with management to get my game, and handed me off to the wonderful,(formerly shy), Miss Alexa. I had a great time with her. She was quick with comments and Not Shy about suggestions/input aboutthe menu. I enjoyed the Bourbon chicken and shrimp. It came out hot (thanks Alexa) and presented just like the picture , whichis rare with most menus. I was impressed. The taste was also just as described. Alexa also made sure she waived her magic wandand got rid of ALL calories! Only Applebee's can do that! It wasn't just Brooklyn and Alexa with the excellent customer rapport,I noticed Anna any time she made eye contact with a customer, her smile was just as welcoming. What makes even more of animpression is after I asked Alexa if management was responsible for that. If they expected it... and she said no. It's nice tosee that. Here at Applebee's I saw a group of folks who really seem to enjoy people/customers. If anyone reading this livesclose, then you already know that this restaurant looks clean and smells fresh when you walk in. That right there goes a longway toward the start of a nice visit. Old diner bathroom was stinky paid a lot of money for dry ribs and french fries , where's the salad? was not worth it sorry... giving a bad review my half ribs were really dry I was going to turn them over I thought they were on the back side but the topside look like bones too I mean 19 bucks for half rib six of them and french fries and that's it I don't get it Read more
Decent franchise tey to keep that neighborly vibe going. Wait staff was on point and had her job on lock!! Go SHEA! I will... say the food at these chairs are beginning to taste a bit pre made and maybe frozen. But all in all 3 stars will bring meback. Maybe not tomorrow, bur who knows, right? Read more
Went with the family to relax and get out of the house. The food was cold when it arrived. Not 1 plate, all 5. My son doesn't... care to go back. The take out is better, which is odd. Horrible Applebees! I?ve tried this place twice and each time the food was horrible. Paid $22 for a medium RARE steak only to... get a WELL done steak the size of my palm. Couldn?t even eat it. Unfortunately we ordered delivery so couldn?t send it back. Read more
