The website indicates the store and drive-thru open at 5:00am M-F, when in fact, they don?t open until 6:00am. Very frustrating... when one goes there after 5:00am but before 6:00am, and expects to be able to get coffee. Read more
Terrible experience. The woman in the drive thru had her microphone on and I could hear her speaking to everyone in the kitchen.... I asked Hello? And she told me not to yell in her ear. I left the drive thru- won?t be back until staffing is changed. Read more
Hey store GM or franchise owner, I would SERIOUSLY consider my staffing options. Let's reference some stores nearby. Tropical... Smoothies, the staff is friendly and helpful. Ditto, folks at Panera and Sarpinos. Your employees are deliberately unhelpful andnasty. Everything from the terse "drive around" from the guy that took my order to the manager, or shift lead that handed me myfood, without a word. No thank you or can I get you anything else. She handed me my order closed the window and walked away. Ihad to knock on the drive thru window. She came back rolled her eyes, huffed and stared at me without a word. I asked forketchup and she basically threw 2 ketchup packets at me, once again without speaking closed the window and walked away. I WILLNOT be frequenting your store in the future. This is the second time I've been to this location this summer, and it will be the last. They must be understaffed, because I... was directed to the kiosk to order. It didn't work. The staff that was there was rude and unhelpful. The food is adequate, butit's certainly NOT worth the price they're now charging. The last time I was there in July, the lobby was closed, so we orderedat the drive through. We made the mistake of not checking our order until we had left. The entire thing was wrong. The Lady ( Staff) who was in the drive through counter this morning. she was so mean and rude. She almost throw the card and... receipt on me. Shut the window fast and it was loud. I have never had such a rude experience in my life. Lady claimed to be named Tonymacina. I had to ask to substitute an artisan... roll on my neck double which I've never had a problem doing and have been doing for years. Very rudely tried to tell me therewould be an upcharge okay no problem upcharge me. Then after I told her I was okay with that she changed her story and said allshe had an option for was a sesame seed bun, add a special request to the ticket and tell the kitchen, like every other time.The lady became combative after I said okay whatever just give me the french fries that I originally ordered then. When I pulledaround to the window for my French fries you refuse to serve me anything at all while yelling at me I have the whole thingrecorded because I was on a phone call at the time. Very very unprofessional and unwarranted so I just drove over to 103rdStreet and I'm eating my McDouble sub Artisan roll with no problem. I'll update my review if a manager tries to make thesituation right when I contact them tomorrow. But there is no excuse to treat a customer that way I was not being rudebelligerent or anything of the sort, extremely unhappy and unacceptable. Read more
