We had an amazing dining experience! 3 years ago we'd had the opposite, every aspect of our dining experience was flawed - very... long waits, hostess/serving staff being inattentive, quality of food (from apps through entre to desserts) was lackluster atbest, and medium/small portions. I had left them a 1 Star review. They invited us back to give them another try, and we are soglad we did! They have turned a complete 180° from the previous experience - the service was impeccable, the fondue appetizerwas delicious and well balanced, as were our entries (we had the Steak Salad, subbing the vinaigrette with Blue Cheese, and theChicken Fettuccine). Portions are perfect, except for the Fettuccine, which is easily enough for TWO meals! The salad's steakwas cooked perfectly to order. For Drinks, we had the Blueberry Lemon Drop and Mule, both were great with the dinner. Our onlycomplaint was we were too full to enjoy any dessert this time! We Highly recommend! It also sounds like they're hosting somegreat events that would be perfect for kids during the Holiday season. In a town full of great restaurants, this is definitelyone worth coming to! Read more

In Leavenworth, there is a lot of German food, but we were ready for some lighter fare and someplace off of Front Street. JJ... Hills was well-reviewed so we drove the short distance to check it out. Views are spectacular. There is an outdoor space withmisting, but it was 90 degrees so we stayed in. The hostess was not terribly enthusiastic, so initial impression wasn’tgreat. We had the fondue and cauliflower appetizers, a chicken Caesar, French dip, and Cobb chicken sandwich for the five ofus. We just had a couple of soft drinks. The total bill was $115. Not bad for Leavenworth for five people. The best part ofour experience was Mark the waiter. He is the perfect waiter from my perspective. Knowledgeable, polite, with a great sense ofhumor. The food was good, more than acceptable. There was a limited menu due to staffing, but they managed to have areasonable variety. All in all, a nice change of pace from the schnitzels. Read more

Cocktails were quite good. They have covered outdoor seating (also with heaters above each table). Food was flavorful, and... portion sizes were really good. Menu could use a bit more diversity, but that's pretty minor. The side salad that came with myentree was decent sized as well. Read more

First off, we sat at the bar and Mark was awesome. The blueberry lemon drop (his recipe) was an absolute hitter. I had 2 of... them! Unfortunately.. that was the only enjoyable part of what we ordered. The chowder was incredibly salty, almost unbearable. The steak was comparable to the taste of a Burger King grill top and the chimichurri on top made it worse. Ketchup would havemade it better. But, way to go Mark! The steak wasn’t your fault! Read more

Just discovered this restaurant attached to the hotel in the area. Friendly staff. The food could use a change of ingredients,... especially for $80…. Perhaps they could increase their quality and preparation. Burger buns were specificallydisappointing. Dessert was good, and drinks were nice. Nothing too special besides the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Read more

Pretty delicious for hotel food , nice variety I mostly loved their late hours. The pretzel was disappointing. It was hard and... could’ve used another dipping sauce. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Read more
