Wonderful food and drinks. Stopped by to check it out and tried the Bloody Mary and a tasting of 3 spirits. Also ordered the... Korean Pork Belly and the Focaccia. The Bloody Mary was the perfect blend of a little peppery and a little spicy. The Rye was myfavorite of the tasting, smooth slightly sweet, the Blue Wind #4 gin was the perfect mix of botanicals. The pork belly wascrispy on the edges and delicious. The focaccia was also yummy with a nice mix of caramelized veg and bacon. They have a greatmix of spaces to chill out in, inside and outside. My husband and I just got married in the Leavenworth area, and most of our wedding guests traveled afar to attend the wedding.... Blue Spirit was the first place we visited on our first away trip together as a couple, so it was only natural we host a WelcomeParty at Blue Spirit Distilling for the wedding. We rented the entire venue for a couple hours for close to 100 people. Theextra quality time, and THE DRINKS!! (???? ) were just what everyone needed to kick off the events ... it was well worth it! I had my wedding reception here and I cannot praise the event staff enough. They were so kind and helpful. Everything went off... without a hitch. They consistently checked in with me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. The staff was quick topivot when plans changed. Everyone raved about the food and the drinks were delicious.
