This is one of the best taco bells I've ever been to. We have enjoyed the food, flavor, and the amount of food that we have been... served. We have never been sick from eating here, which can happen in fast food locations when they don't change the fryergrease very often. They really take the "Fast" out of "fast food". Sat in the drive through for nearly 40 minutes waiting for my food. Finally got... to the window and watched as 5 employees stood by the drink machine doing nothing. The guy working the register did apologizeand give me 2 free coupons though. Read more
While this place has not always had great service for me, maybe and employee change has happened or something because I just had... the best experience. Nothing missing, and they actually put no sour cream when I ask for no sour cream. I ordered a 5 dollar boxwith no sour cream but didn?t notice some other items I ordered had sour cream, so he and the staff verified with me. Servicewas so good I even had to ask him his name. Facility was clean, service to get my order taken was slow (there was precedence to get the drive through served and the people... who came in behind me were told to ?just order from the kiosk?), food order was correct, but they didn?t cut the quesadilla. SoI had to tear it, as they only had sporks. Has potential to be better. Read more
Very disappointed I went through the drivethru yesterday and got two crunchy taco supremes and no tomatoes as well as two... grilled chicken ranch burritos and they were very cold cheese wasn't even melted as well as a quesadilla and it wasn't cut andcheese wasn't even close to being melted Read more
I pulled up to the drive thru tonight to get 1 crispy taco and before I can even say hi to the employee working the driveway,... she said Howdy, just to let you know there?s over an hour wait. I have orders for 9:06, 9:08, and 9:09?. I was perplexed becausethe clock in my car said 7:47 and I now had 2 cars behind me. I proceeded to say, well I guess I?m stuck here because I can?tleave now due to the way the drive thru lanes are made and the fact that I partially didn?t believe her. Over an hour wait makesno sense regardless of what I assume are online orders. She then told me, don?t worry in a little bit, you?ll be able to pull upand a way out will open up for you. Sure enough, once I pulled up to the second window I was able to leave. She told the carbehind me the same story however, not the next car to pull up afterwards. Weird but thought people should know there?s someunknown force creating over 60 min back ups in the restaurant. Maybe they?re short staffed? But the drive they line in front ofme seemed to be moving pretty quickly and the entire thing seemed off. I ended up going to McDonald?s for a kids meal but theexperience left me scratching my head. Even though I felt like I was going to be stuck there for over an hour, I told her Imight as well wait and yet she still Encouraged me and the car behind me to leave. I could hear the drive thru operator tellthem the same? ?wait a few moments until you can pull up and you?ll be able to get out of the line?. ****edit*** it?s now 8:10,I?ve finished my nuggets from McDonald?s and there?s no one in the drive thru except 3 cars. Based on previous reviews, itappears to me that the staff is worried about metrics and speed so the pressure being put on them has forced them to turn peopleaway from the drive thru in order to keep their numbers up. Sad. The owner should probably know what?s going on becauseultimately they?re losing revenue due to this. Read more
I really like Taco Bell & love this location. This review will be modified or removed if I am contacted regarding this... review. I bought a vegetarian bowl and went to take a bite and got this tie stuck in my throat. This could have ended badly.Your cook line should be much more careful in discarding such items to ensure it doesn?t end up in anyone else?s food. Also, Ibought 10 cheese roll ups for my girls and they barely had any cheese; I know they are $1, but I deserve cheese with my 1$!! Read more
Drive thru should take priority on all order queue. It took us 50 minutes, while the employee stood around, and filled orders in... the lobby and for Uber. When I asked how much longer he raised his voice and told me to calm down. Read more
