Avoid this Subway if possible. Today?s order we ordered 2 toasted sandwiches, but the cheese wasn?t melted at all and was never... toasted. My sandwich was supposed to have several toppings on it, but they loaded it with spinach and tomatoes and had verylittle of anything else I asked for. For management, the order number is 1FE97472-9D. Not sure if it?s because I used the appfor delivery so they employees felt like they could get away with it or not, but I?ve had it with this location. Read more

Owner of this franchise. You have 2 employees working today using loud and inappropriate profanity directed at customers.... Employees threatening to quit and berating people for literally walking in. There is no service here. I stood for minutes andthey wouldn't acknowledge me and then a long haired guy looked at me and, while using profanity, said he needed a break andwasn't going to serve me. Read more

I was unhappy with my service. I ordered my food online and showed up at the given time my food was supposed to be ready only to... sit there for a half an hour while they served all the customers in line and new customers who walked in the store. I did noteven get a sorry sir for the wait. Then when I got home there was hardly any meat on my order. It was like eating a salad. Read more

This is the worst Subway experience ever in my life. One of the employees there (short and male) didn't seem like he liked... taking care of my order. He took it almost like a chore. WORST ATTITUDE EVER. Please go to other location and avoid here AT ALLCOSTS or they will make you not want to eat your sandwich or cancel your order. Period. Read more

Not sure where to start, the service here is horrible. They have no sense of customer service. They should learn what customer... service is from HEB next door. There were five people in line when we walked in and only one service guy who kept calling theguy in the back for help; and the response he got was he?s making the bread (in the back?). I mean your making the bread is moreimportant than waiting customers? The way they make the sandwiches and wraps is very sloppy. We had two veggie patty order.There were only two patties left in the front and the guy said for the second order he doesn?t want to get the frozen pattiesfrom the back. The wrap that was made was so sloppy you couldn?t hold it in your hands. Very unprofessional. I want to givebenefit of doubt due to Covid and all but these guys weren?t even wearing masks right. I've eaten at subway for years years. Yesterday's experience was the worst ever. I ordered the sweet chicken Teriyaki sub 6... inch. There were literally 5 little pieces of chicken in the sub, barely any lettuce, and very little cheese I thought they hadforgotten the cheese altogether. I thought it was some kind of joke. But after seeing the reviews and that this place isconsistent in its awfulness I think I complain to headquarters. Read more
