Literally the WORST location. You?re better off going to another location to get your drink faster. My mobile order took 30... minutes and they let my food sit there cold the entire time. This isn?t the only time having issues at this location. Read more

Quick and easy through the mobile app. Ordering in person or in the drive through is another story. They always mess up my order

My favorite drink is the Java chip frapp. Starbucks is a treat for me and I only go once in a while. I ordered a venti Java... chip frapp. This morning. I get it made with almond milk and asked for extra ice, so it would be thicker. Lastly for a sleeve. When I pulled up to pay, and got my drink it was very sloshy and deff. had no extra ice added, and no sleeve. I always try totip even at the drive through and asked the girl at the window to please put the tip in the jar, then pulled up. At this pointI had not tasted my drink yet. It was awful. I was unable to get even half of it down. It?s my fave and usually I drink everylast drop. I do not know what they did, but it?s the worst Java chip frapp I?ve ever had at a Starbucks. I was bummed when Ihad to throw away my drink because it tasted so yucky. ????. The egg bites I ordered were very yummy though. Read more

The worst customer service I?ve ever received at a Starbucks. The girl in the drive thru had an attitude, no ?hi?, ?thank you?,... or anything. I placed a mobile order that was wrong but didn?t notice until I drove off. I called when I got home just to letthem know that the ?sweet cream? had zero sweetness (I?ve had this plenty of times before so aware of what it?s supposed totaste like), and the girl on the phone (I?m assuming the same girl) proceeded to try to argue with me about my drinks. I simplytold her that I just wanted to make them aware, in the case someone else orders the same drink. I was not asking for a refund,or even drinks to be remade since I was already home. But she would not stop trying to argue. I eventually hung up because itwas not even worth it. Customer service 101 - apologize and offer to make it right. I?ll stick to other local coffee shops fromnow on. Read more
