Ordered before many times great, never a problem, last few times they serve half the size of large sides and get order mixed up.... Tried calling but no answer. Why spend gas to go all way back. Spend 50 for 12 pieces and 3 sides and only get half you needsides when you never get compensated. There should be quality control or something. Check orders before you leave. By time ofgiving up grandmother and her children already are. Ughh.... At least it tastes good. Read more

The food quality here is ok, just about as good as Popeyes can get really. My problem with this location is they cannot get the... order correct for to go or drive through orders. The receipt will be correct, but I am missing part of my order every singletime. Sometimes the desert is missing, some times we get no biscuits, some times the wrong sides. The last time I went likeabout 1/3 of my food was just missing, I had go go inside and wait a long while until they got my order sorted out. Point isthey either have no way of accurately checking off an order or they don't make use of it.I'm just tired of this location and Idon't plan to go back. Well it's a 25 miles one way and 25 miles back to my house. They advertise $24.99 for the 11 peace box with 2lg sides come out... to $32. and so I ordered just 3 more peaces because I wanted spice. Well long story short they charged me $32 something for 7peaces of chicken. Lesson to learn don't trust Popeyes chicken the manager does wrong he was the one taking my order. We ordered a few 4 pieces and sides for the family and only got 2 of the 4 piece orders and no sides. It?s my fault for leaving... without checking first. Went back and was told they will not be giving me the other orders because they believed I wasn?t beingtruthful. So I went ahead and did a chargeback with my credit card company for what we actually received in our order instead. I was warned previously from friends about ordering at this specific Popeyes, as they don?t pay attention to making their ordersright. Lesson learned. I will not come here again. Read more

With only 2 vehicles waiting at 11:40 am, this should have been a timely and smooth visit. Approaching the window, there were... several cars parked and pulled aside waiting for their paid orders. First time eating inside. All the tables were clean and the food was fresh and hot! My kiddos enjoyed their nuggets, I loved my... chicken tenders, and my husband liked his popcorn shrimp. We definitely left happy and full! Read more

Tonight I was super impressed. This Popeyes was so clean the counters sparkled. I used the facilities and felt so comfortable as... they had obviously been cleaned as well. When I spilled my drink and asked for napkins to clean it up one of the workers namedDylan assured me that it was all right, that he would clean up the spill for me. As I insisted on cleaning the spill myself hevery graciously said please don't worry this is my job and why I am here to serve you!
