I don't suggest coming here after a football game. It took forever to get through the drive thru because the kids were going in... to the dining room. The food was cold and the shakes warm. I will say that the people on duty were trying very hard. The shortfall about this location is the turn lane into the entrance of their parking lot is backed up after 4 pm weekly, with... ongoing traffic at an intersection. What is worth the attempt into here in late October is the featured menu item, the chilicheeseburger with a nice deck of Fritos chips. This was such an awful experience. To start I waited in the drive thru line for 45 minutes! No that is not an exaggeration.... Then, I get to the intercom to order and nobody answers for an additional 10 minutes. So eventually I drove forward to order andpay at the window. After waiting an additional 5 minutes I decided to walk inside and get a refund because this wait time wasabsolutely ridiculous for (get this) fast-food. The workers had the audacity to argue about me in front of me while trying toget my refund because somehow I was in the wrong for clearly whatever inside reason they had. This is by far the slowest Whataburger in the area. I'm pretty sure I could drive the extra distance to Kemah and get my food... faster. I've placed online orders that should be ready for 5 minutes only to show up and find they haven't even started them. This hasn't been a one time thing, its happened at least a dozen times. Basically, don't order online, you may as well gothrough the drive through. They fill drive through orders first anyways. Read more

Was really disappointed with their burgers this time around. Ordered 2 bacon cheeseburger meals to go. Got home and one wasn?t a... bacon cheeseburger. It had jalapenos. And on top of that the burgers were FLAT and the jalapeno one had soggy buns. Totallydisappointed. Won?t visit until they get their act together. Used to be good, but it?s gone downhill. Read more
I am writing this review because I'm tired of having the few things that have happen that have led to a little frustration... between these whataburger places that I've been going to from messed up my order(had to go back and have it rectify), 2nd messedup order was so frustrated I didn't go back for a while, then I finally went back and order a 2 large fries waited about 20mins+ then when I got home an check wasn't even a full thing of fries(thinking waited 20+mins for this), then last time I went Ispecific repeated no onions and when the person repeated my order I said please no onions just add tomatoes and avocados andthought there is no way they would put onions(I am not personally allergic to onions(I have not eaten onions in ages HATE thesmell an though of even the taste) however someone I know is). I did not call because last two times I did they wanted me tocome an get the order fixed. If I wanted to be driving back and forth I would have been an uber drive. FASTFOOD chain to adegree need to be held responsible for delivering correct order for such screw-ups. In closing, when I took my sandwich out ofthe bag and I smell the onions I just crossed my fingers that it was just close by when they made my sandwich because when Iopen it and saw it I couldn't even stomach to remove and kept eating, felt like throwing up.
