ALLYSON gave HORRIBLEEE customer service. I watched her talk on her CELL PHONE, in the back where customers could clearly see... her, for AT LEAST 5 minutes before even greeting us. She had a bad attitude like she was mad we were there. I came and orderedthe EXACT SAME THING as the day prior but for some odd reason she added an extra $1.50 to each sandwich for apparently ?cheese?as Allyson stated like she was making up prices. I still have not been given a valid reason why there was an extra $2.50 addedto my total price. The sandwich?s were sloppy and cold even though I requested toasted. She did not even provide napkins in mybag, I had to ask for them. This is NOT the first bad experience. EVERY TIME I come to this specific location the staff seem tohave a bad and rude attitude like they are upset there are customers AT THEIR OWN JOB. Read more
