This Subway is the worst, especially when it comes to Uber Eats orders. They never have the chips I order and without making any... contact, they either give me different chips or no chips at all. When going in for a pickup order, they act like customers arebothering them. If they weren't the closest Subway in the area, they probably wouldn't remain open. Read more

This location has become worse and worse but today topped it. Asked for two kids subs. One was a 5in roll and the other 3in. She... tried cutting a foot long bread that tore up in three pieces so that?s what she gave my kids. Asked for ham and cheese withtomatoes. One slice of meat and cheese with one piece of the smallest tomato slices there. Seriously a sandwich that was mostlybread. Kids usually eat anything but even they weren?t impressed. My sub: I got the wrong cheese (didn?t notice until bitinginto it) and it just didn?t taste well. I asked for it to be toasted and it was barely warmed up. I asked if she could bringfresh lettuce since the batch up front was brown and nasty looking. She claimed they were out. Mind you they just opened. Idon?t believe she was telling the truth. Pickles up front were out and she told me I?d have to wait for her to prepare more.I?ve worked at a subway for two years. All the food is delivered pre packaged. You take the food and place it in the tins.That?s it. It only takes a minute to restock. She was on her own, obviously didn?t care and had horrible customer service. I donot recommend this subway location. It?s really gone downhill. Read more

Ordered online for pickup. When I arrived there was a line with five people. Counter help wouldn?t even look my way until they... waited on all five people in line. When I told them I ordered online and was there to pick up they looked surprised. Checkedtheir computer and then proceeded to make my order. Don?t waste your time here. Great customer service. Everyone was very friendly. Two ladies were working Wednesday morning and they had positive attitudes... even with a long line. They made my sandwich the right way I definitely will be going back. Felt very welcomed. Read more

Horrible service!! The two girls behind the counter moved slower the longer the line got. I went around 1 pm, so still lunch... time. And they made 1 customer feel stupid for asking cucumbers for her salad. The girl behind the counter said, ?well I mean,the line was out to the door when you got here, so?? Just a blah experience. I walked out and warned customers who were walkingin to do the same. They did. I hope those 2 girls grow up and realize they?re in the real world now. Read more

This is the last time I will go to this location. Service is consistently bad. From messed up orders to lack of food handling... safety (no gloves) to lack of care for customers, enough is enough. Today, the store was to open at 7am. I arrived at 7:15. Thestore was still closed but at 7:20 an employee parked behind me got out of her car, unlocked the door, went inside, and lockedit behind her. I watched as she turned on lights behind the counter and counted her drawer. By 7:55 I called to see if she wouldpick up. She looked in the direction of the phone but didn?t answer. I got out my car and went to the window to politely ask herif she was going to open the door. She replied that she was not. I asked again and she repeated that she was not going toopen. I understand she was running late. I understand she was by herself (I guess) but her complete lack of customer servicewas unacceptable. A simple acknowledgement of the fact I was waiting nearly an hour would have been appropriate andappreciated. One pleased customer tells one person. One displeased customer tells 10. I made an online order and this is what I got looks like something from the trash ????I tried calling the store... several times and no one answered the phone my daughter ended going back to talk to the manager on duty and she told her aboutthe order and showed her the receipt and requested a refund.
