Been ordering here for years with great service. For the past several months, orders have been slow and often incomplete or... missing items - even when we ask them to double check. Paying $3.55 for a packet of instant oatmeal with no toppings is evenmore ridiculous than the amount of money we spend on coffee. Very frustrating. Read more

I ordered a Green Tea Lemonade, Mozzarella/Tomato Sandwich, etc. The cashier helped me save by recommending the "power lunch".... My purchase went from $20 to & $16.40 based on her suggestion. I will give a zero star if I can. Today at Marina Bay store, I ordered a Coffee and Chestnut Praline Coffee and Cinnamon Coffee... Cake. I was asking to have more milk for my office and the staff at the store refused to give me and she said she can give youmore hot water and no other customers ask for milk before. This is yes or no question but why give me someelse and pretend youprovide what customer need. Her communcation need to improve a big time. Read more
