Can't get an order right to save their lives. I used to enjoy their footlong chili coney's, but every since I've started using... door dash they choose which sonic to order from. I've tries four separate times to get just a chili dogwith ketchup, nothingextra. And all four times they found some way to screw up a chili dog. This last time got the chili dog with every possibleingredient other than chili and ketchup like I ordered. One of the employee requirements should be that they have to be able toread a ticket order. I will never eat at this sonic again. I can understand one, maybe even two mistakes in a row but FOUR timesin a row..I'm done with this sonic. Read more
We drove up to no lights on outside of the building. We had to use our phone flash light to see the ordering screen. The music... was on full blast and we had to yell at the worker through the speaker to order and they were not understanding us nor knew howto input the food on the computer and were taking forever to help us. The original worker had to have someone else take overbecause she was not competent enough to finish taking our order. And then the machine did not work when we went to pay so theworker had to fix it and swipe the card for us. Overall I didn?t even finish my complete order and just left because I was tiredof dealing with the incompetence of the employees and this location in general. Teresa is the best car hop I've ever seen at a Sonic. This store is busy at times and there may be a little wait but I been... there so much if they see my car they'll ask what I need in the drive thru by name. Holy cow who still does that? If I've hadany issues which they always fix, if I've had to call corporate that whole system is garbage. Needs to be thrown out and startedover. Their corp is absolute unhelpful garbage. Read more
We waited 30 minutes before we could get anyone to take our order. That was annoying, but not the deal breaker. When someone... finally was going to help us, they told us it was a 45 minute wait for food. We already waited 30 minutes and they expected usto wait another 45? There is no reason why they couldn't have told us the wait would be that long for food BEFORE we wasted 30minutes trying to get our order taken. A complete waste of time. This is the second time I've gone to this location and instead of going to the drive-thru I made the mistake of driving up to... the side and waiting for my order which never came both times. I just left the restaurant because it said food is on it's wayand I waited almost 10 minutes for nothing to ever come out I watched everybody leave around me including everyone in thedrive-thru as more and more people came through. Not one person came out to check what's going on and then all the sudden thescreen went blank and asked me to place a new order. I usually love going here. But tonight was not very good. Order was okay, i didn't wait too too long. But got home and was very... disappointed. And the burger was cold even before I got home and we live right next door basically. I asked for light ice andgave me normal ice. bf asked for extra onions and there is barely any on there. They didn't even give me a receipt. Read more
Everytime I'm come there and get my breakfast or food it's always hot and fresh never have a problem getting food from here
