I drink smoothie king all the time , this location definitely by far the worst one I have been. First start with speed, it took... 15 minutes for me to get through the line and got my drink. I ordered an angel food slim so it should have sugar substitute init, when I tasted it, it does not taste any sweetness at all. So i called the store and ask to speak to manager, manageranswered the phone and tell me they can only fix the drink on the same day. I?m on my lunch break so I already spend 15 min inthe line and I ain?t dealing with another 15 min line again. Whoever seeing this post, if you got more than 30 min of your freetime to waste on A smoothie , go there. If not , stay as far as you can from it. Read more
employees are friendly, but they are giggling the whole time and clearly paying much more attention to each other than you or... the quality of your order. my smoothie took a while when there was no line and came out chunky and super short. I actually usedto work at this smoothie king so I know sometimes you follow the recipe and it still comes out a bit short. This wasn?t a bitshort. This is like I didn?t get my moneys worth. The picture attached is how I was handed the drink. I didn?t take any sips oranything. It was also super chunky and icy. I worked for smoothie king for a while and now work at Starbucks and I would neverhand out something looking like this. You either add some stuff and try to fix or just make again. I would?ve said somethingabout it at the time but I was on my way to work and the kid at the window didn?t even like look me in the eye so I didn?t feelI would get any help anyway. idk. maybe just remind your employees that at a certain point you gotta remake the drink you can?tjust hand it out at subpar quality. I'm always a big fan of Smoothie King but today seemed like it was a little busier than normal and with one of the speakers down... for the drive-thru ie was making the work and job tuff for the employees. That said you would think they would be a littlediscouraged or in the weeds but when I walked in Isaac greeted me he was calm cool and collected also had a nice smile the otheryoung lady was doing a great job too handling the traffic. Service is typically good from the window. When I went yesterday, my order hadn?t been placed once I made it to the window so I... had to wait about four minutes. I decided to try the pumpkin spice smoothie although I?m not big on pumpkin. I didn?t like itand unfortunately I tossed it after a few sips. It had a very ?healthy? taste!
