I honestly absolutely love Raising Canes but when I pay extra for extra canes sauce, I expect to get what I paid for. I go to... this Raising Canes WEEKLY and I ALWAYS order extra canes sauce and lately, I haven?t been receiving it when it shows I paid forit on my receipt. I hate always having to go park when I was in the drive through to go inside to tell them they didn?t give memy extras sauce when it should have been put in the bag already. The sauce is the WHOLE point in me going there and I?m surelots of other people feel the same way. Please make sure you are giving people what they paid for! Read more

Henry a manager asked me to wait so he can speak to the General Manager so he could review camera footage of a stolen item and... had me wait over 20 minutes(probably in the hopes I would leave) I would not recommend anyone to eat here and be sure to makesure all belongings are secured because the staff cannot clean tables in a timely manner/have stolen my wallet. This place has NEVER disappointed. They have the cleanest kitchens, freshest food. It's ALWAYS delicious.

I never heard of this place until I came down to Houston from Canada. Recommended by my father-in-law. The chicken fingers and... fries are amazing. Never had dipping sauce like that before. I would take their dipping sauce over Chick-fil-A. Staff andfriendly and good to deal with. I liked Chick-fil-A's chicken fingers a little bit better but the dipping sauce at raising canewas superior. Highly recommend!! Read more

Good quality of food that?s on the pricey end in addition to quick service. However what brings this rating down is their... inexperienced crew who make major mistakes and screw ups orders, which while not happening on my order I saw happen to others inthe store. Read more

How hard is it to take a fast food order and make sure that its correct before it leaves the window? Also, since when is it ok... to argue with the customer at the window on what they ordered? I spend 50 dollars on food for my family and not one thing iscorrect. But who am I kidding? I havent met a solid employee anywhere ive been to in the past several years. Keep up the solidwork. We've been here several times it's a very friendly atmosphere. We are greeted right from the beginning by the cashier named... Robert that was super friendly. he even brought our food to our table when he didn't have too! Between customers this guy wascleaning booths, wiping down machines then back to taking orders.
