This has to be, hands down the worst McDonald?s that I frequently visit. I?m not one to judge but this is my third time at this... location and there is either always a ?system issue? or the machine is down or people just not answering the mics at the drivethrough at all. I came in at 5:08 to get breakfast for my pregnant sister before I had to go into work. I was told I would haveto wait 10 minutes for the system to come back up. I sat in line until 5:30 and was still told the system is down. 3 other carshad come and go as well. Either the staff needs to be re trained, fired, or the building needs new software and machinery. Ihonestly shouldn?t have to leave this McDonald?s just to go have to walk into a WALMART for better service. Read more

I?m a doordasher for starters, I go in and let them know the last 3 #?s of the order I?m picking up for, I waited in there for... over 20+ minutes just to find out my order was made and sitting there with no ticket/receipt indicating who?s order it was..many people who came in after got their order before mine.. not that the manager even cared to ask what was wrong when I flaggedher down to see what?s the hold up but she proceeds to yell at me about an order that wasn?t even mine.. not only that, butthere?s a new guy at the front desk whom she keeps bossing around and yelling at when he?s asking for help and is alone at thefront desk while this all happens.. I ordered an iced coffee and strawberry cream pie through the mobile app. It took almost 15 minutes. When they finally asked the... 3rd time what I was waiting for and I told them, they said they were out of apple pies. I told them I ordered a strawberry pie.At that point they went to pick up my coffee that looked like it had been sitting there for a while, got my pie and gave nooffer of apologies for the long wait. Hashbrowns were cold. Orange juice was very watery. Tang tastes better.
For the most part I have had a good experience via drive thru. You do have to ask for ketchup every time. Just fyi if you order... breakfast through the app and don?t show up before 11 it will not be honored, even if it?s just 11:05 ????. Read more
