I?m a big fan of JM?s. But this location is dirty. Tonight was the second time in a row I?ve gone in to find the sandwich prep... area and slicer absolutely filthy. No one was in there. I am very disappointed with this place. I submitted an online order. the site said the order was ready. I walked into the... establishment and they said "we're working on your order". meanwhile it's a hot sandwich and no one was working the grill. therewas also no sense of haste or concern. I waited for over 30 more minutes past the time the order was supposed to be ready. verydisappointed with the staff and how they handle orders. Read more

This location on Marina Bay dr is horrible!! Management or ownership must not keep up with this store. It?s a shame. Ive been... at least 5 times for lunch and tea is never brewed. I quit going during lunch for that. Twice last month I stopped in to getsandwiches for my family on the way home from work. Both times they told me they weren?t taking orders because they were out ofbread?. How does a sandwich store run out of bread?! Then last night my wife ordered online for the family. She gets there topick it up and is greeted with the same ?we?re out of bread? line and is told they can?t refund her money and to come backtomorrow. Hopefully they can get some leadership around there and start holding people accountable or there is no chance thislocation makes it. Read more
