We?ve been going to this location for about 3 or 4 months. We?ve slowed down our visits because my husband says his rude the... staff is. I?ve blown it off until tonight, my son went there to get food and the first thing he said when he got how was howRUDE the staff was. He was trying to order a sandwich to bring home to his sister and got confused about how what all she wantedon it and the guy making it was completely rude. We?ll never be back. Read more

We order from here at least 1-2 times a week and the past two times have been horrible. Sloppy sandwiches, grilled onions not... cooked, paid extra for more meat and cheese for it to not even be on there. Read more

First.. I love Jersey Mike?s and have been a regular customer for years, probably go at least once a week. Unfortunately, my... experience at this particular location last night, left NO taste in my mouth. ?? Now, I will start off by saying I have workedin a sandwich shop and many other fast food and restaurants before, and I did walk in 10 minutes before closing at 8:50pm on aFriday night, so I get that the employees probably wanted to get out of there ASAP.. but you?re a sandwich shop, your ONLY jobis to sell sandwiches during working hours. (AND looks like this may be a regular occurrence here, according to another reviewfrom a couple months ago, stating the doors were already locked THIRTY minutes before closing.) When I pulled up, the neon?open? sign was already turned off. 3 employees working, 2 behind the counter. No greeting. Fine, whatever.. they?re annoyedI?m coming in right before closing time. Although, still not an excuse to behave like that towards your customers. I ordered agiant Italian. Employee 1 says they are out of some things. The lettuce bin was almost completely empty.. definitely notenough for even a small sandwich. Employee 1 continues to say they didn?t want to cut anymore since they were closing soon.. sothey had more lettuce, just refused to cut more. No apology, nothing. I commented they should always have lettuce.. and theywere still open for 10 minutes. No response. Employee 1 & 2 just looked at each other and smiled as I walked out. That wasit. No ?sorry?. No ?have a good night?. Employee 1 was not a kid either. Just terrible customer service all around. Hatethat I will now have to drive a bit farther to get my Jersey Mike?s fix, but I refuse to put up with rude employees at any placeof business. Walked in like usual and I'm usually bragging about how good the staff is. There was noone in line, one party sitting and... eating, and a lady waiting for her to-go order. I always get a 13 and this time decided to do a 16 which is a hot sub. Don'tknow his name, but red head with beard cook heard my order and sighed and immediately showed attitude. I recognized it, andchanged it to a 13. I've been eating s at these chains for years, first time I didn't tip. Staff people who actually want towork. Ridiculous. Read more

Jeremy Mike's as a chain is probably my favorite sub place. But I guess since they have so much business they can turn us away... at 830 when the store closes at 9. I understand everyone wants to go home after a long day but the hours are till 9. Then don'tpick up the phone and lock the door at 830 if you're not taking anymore buisness. Read more

This location definitely has heavy traffic but the staff remained very friendly and as always the sandwiches are great. Made... fresh and just the way I like them. After the line was cleared you could see the staff cleaning, restocking and preparing forthe next rush, this is something you don?t see in a lot of ?fast food? places due to bad training. Use the app and skip the line! I walked in, grabbed my food and was on my way! 1st time going to Jersey Mike's, and it was up... there on my list! I think I would have to eat it at the same time as the other sub places to really rank it, but it was a solidsub. I got the biggest one they make and it took me 3 sittings to finish it. The app made it easy to customize, was easy tonavigate and pay, and made the experience great. Go check them out! Then swing by next door and grab a crepe from Le PetitParis for dessert. Between great tasting food with quick service and mediocre packaging and specific quality ingredients it's hard to say that I'm... dissatisfied with my order and the willingness to order again. The seasoning, portion, and quality of meat is great as well asthe customer service I recieved from them, the bread and packaging was soggy. I would recommend this chain in general as a good,fast, and better quality alternative to other fast foods in competition but still say, with experience, that your dollar doesn'tstretch far with what you're getting.
