Not great. The wait was longer than expected but the unnecessary attitude from the drive through girl is what made it... unpleasant. Don't work a stressful job if you don't handle stress well. Projecting it onto the next customer is not cool. Samegeneric response to all the negative reviews over a span of time and no change shows they don't really care for customerexperience. I will not be returning to this location and others shouldn't either. Read more
Usually the food is better. I think only one person was working and she is apparently not the cook. Everything was well done... like two days ago. Yuck Read more
We ordered a sausage breakfast jack and a Supreme croissant. We made the mistake of waiting until we got to our destination to... check our food. We got a sausage egg and cheese croissant and a ham breakfast just. Both sandwiches were incorrect. Read more
I was waiting in the drive thru, they decided to close the drive thru line after me, I go to the menu about to order, the lady... says it?s going to be ?a hot min? before a get my food, I said that okay I can wait. I sat at the menu for 15 mins with no onetalking to me. Idk what happen they didn?t open the window when I went around. Read more
Lady at the window said we can't order more than 5 tacos. Why? Then, asked for a manager and all she said was "she's not here"... Very rude to my father. Get a better job if you don't like working there! Geez.. Then my father drove to the 96 and I45 locationto order more, and manager there said you can order as MANY tacos as you want. Very nice and respectful. She even called theother Jack location in front of me and addressed the situation. Don't bother going to the 646 location.. Worse customer serviceever. Hands down the WORST experience I?ve ever had at any Jack in the box. The cashier was rude when we finally did get helped (that... only took 20, yes, 20 minutes!) the food was all wrong. My tacos had no lettuce and the sauce was caked on one end andcompletely empty on the other. I literally left and promptly went to taco cabana after trashing the food i just paid to not eat.To top it all- when she handed us our food she didn?t say a word and then slammed the window shut. Ive tried to give this location chances and every time I'm severely unimpressed and disappointed. I ordered 10 tacos. I had to... wait 15 minutes. Super slow. To top it off, I get home and there is no cheese on the tacos, they were way overcooked and theyshorted me 2. They can't count apparently. I don't recommend this location. The texas city one is way better and worth the extradrive. Read more
