This used to be one of my favorite places to get a burger and some fries bc the staff was always amazing and kind and super... helpful. At least, their first year or two went this way. This whole past year it has steadily gone down hill. FAST. Every timeI try to give them the benefit of the doubt, I'm sadly proven correct every time. I just went through the drive-thru andmistakenly thought the gentleman was talking to me, so I began to order like normal. He interrupts me and says sternly, "uh,Ma'am, I said give me a minute." (in the rudest manner) I promptly told him "not to worry about it, I'd rather go somewhereelse where they know how to treat their patrons". I work in customer service as well and understand the demands andimperfections that come with the job. I'm not unreasonable and I always try to understand that maybe they're not having the bestday, maybe their boss isn't managing properly, or understaffed etc. There's usually reasons for whatever issue arises. But this-this was blatant scolding over a minor misunderstanding. Mind you, I was the only person in line by time I thought he wastaking my order. It had been a minute since the previous customer had pulled off- More than enough time to take my order- andI'm not even upset at that part. If you need some more time before taking my order, that's fine, but the way he spoke to me-like I was a 6 year old that couldn't listen- that's unacceptable and degrading. I will NEVER be back to this Freddy's and Idefinitely wont be recommending it to anyone in the future. Good luck with your establishment. Never been, finally had a chance to try it. Not bad. But I'm not gonna lie. There's nothing spectacular about their fies or... their burgers. We ordered seasoned fries and they came regular. Good Burgers ???? and Chicken ???? Sandwiches ???? But yetagain. Nothing that's gonna make me carve them again. Read more

Not a fan of the hype around the brand. Burgers have a burnt gristle flavor, and the fries are more like shoestring chips.
