It's been a while since I've been to Chili's, but it's still as good as I remember. They did not have my favorite on the menu so... I ask about it. I was told it was on the secret menu and was able to order it (margarita chicken). The food was great, theservice was excellent so drop on by and give them a try. Read more
So I ordered my chicken crisper salad which come out almost to 14 dollars and was informed that Chili?s is too broke to afford... the third piece. Like I?ve been paying for years. On top of that the manager Gearmoe was rude, unhelpful, and honestly couldcare less about the customers needs. Most horrible and hassle of a experience and it could have been simply solved if someonewould have listened, I understand after calling maybe the first mistake but to have to repeat myself four times until I just**** it let me speak to the gm and maybe I might be heard but finally the gm had to take care of me.. his approach was bettercommunicated vs the other one who?s like sorry can?t help you and would rather lose money with a refund than to just simply tosssome chicken in some sauce... simple as that y?all... couldn?t get it right. The steak was over cooked I ordered medium. It also looked like it was fried like a porkchop and kind of had that taste
Ordered the triple dipper to go and when I picked up my order I had ordered Southwestern eggrolls and the honey chipotle chicken... tenders. They were all packaged in the same single compartment. If I had wanted barbecue eggrolls I would?ve ordered barbecueegg rolls. Barbecue sauce was covered all over the southwestern eggrolls and ruining them. And I ordered chips and queso and gothome with some thing that I have no idea what it is but it most definitely is not queso. Read more
I am not the biggest fan of Chilis but this location was dirty. There was trash all over the floor. This was my first time... visiting so it may have been a one off. My triple dipper combo was over cooked. My chicken was dry as can be. Normally Iwould have sent it back but I was on a date and thought that it would not be wise. Oh yeah and the restaurant was pretty emptyand there were seats everywhere but somehow we were seated in the booth next to the kitchen and restroom. I don't know whythey would even have a table that bad but when there are other options why seat customers there? Again, I normally would havecomplained but was on a date. Read more
