This Location has gone down in Customer Service by a mile. I have eaten at this location 4-5 times a week for the last 5... years. This store thrives only by Catering orders to Clear Falls and it shows that they only care about there catering side,because they always use every seat possible at the store to have employee meetings or Catering stuff scattered in the backeverywhere. All the good seating is never available because of this. They constantly only leave one person on register (Ms.Diane mid day, who is actually really great). But, when they get a line, they never open a 2nd register. I have waited over 20minutes inside to order on 2 occasions in the past 2 months. (Only 2 ppl ahead of me during these times). The Grain buns on thegrilled chicken sandwiches never have the top bun properly toasted, as in - it never is. I've just come to accept this terriblequality of the years. The Operator (which isn't the owner, Chic Fil A Corporate owns all stores I'm pretty sure) used to Managethe Kemah Store too, or maybe still does. He has not had any suggestions cards in the wall hanger in 2 years - - so, you cannoteven leave store suggestions to help them turn their service around, and let them know where they are failing in specificareas. My last straw that stopped me from coming back to this location, was them having no trays to provide me (2 weeks ago),and I was forced to eat off the table like an animal. Unacceptable! I like Chic-Fil-A, (over 80k Points on the App), but thislocation isn't what it used to be. Shout out to Ms Theresa, Becky, Diane, Michael (You guys are very nice and kind, and willmiss seeing you). OMG! This place is one of my top chick FIL A's to come to.. the other is on Fairmont in Pasadena... Anywho, they are all about... customer service and show it every way they can. The cashier's look genuinely happy to serve, unlike others where they are justdoing it out of routine. This particular one still does fries well done when you ask, and unlike the one in Texas City, you canask for no cheese on your salad, and they don't mind giving an extra sauce. We normally come here pretty often since it?s right across the street from us and it?s usually good food and quality service.... However, my boyfriend picked us up food in his police uniform on his way home from work (a long work day at that) and wastreated with complete disrespect by the young man working the drive through tonight which I believe was in relation to hisuniform. Not to mention the food made us both sick!!! won?t be eating at this location again. Read more
Awesome! Super curious and helped in everyway great staff! I tryed a "Sunjoy" for the first time it cuts all the tartness from... the lemonade and is sweet and smooth. The food is quality like you would expect from Chick-fil-A. The restaurant itself wasclean. Read more
We are regular patrons of Chick-fil-A and truly enjoy their menu. We normally have good experiences, but we recently had a bad... one that was reminiscent of what you experience at a sloppy fast food restaurant. They forgot about our order and when theyfinally brought it to us, it was stuffed in a bag with missing and leaking items. Called and left a message for the storemanager to call back, but haven?t received a call back from the store manager as of yet. Guess they are too busy? We hope thiswas just an anomaly and not the start of a poor trend. Read more
