Terrible service, extremely long wait for very mediocre food. Got there and ordered a round of drinks for about 6 people which... took about 20 mins to come out and after that we had to flag down a waitress to take our order. After about an hour and a halfof waiting for somebody to come by to get more drinks they finally told us our food was on its way. It took 2 hours after we satdown to get our bland, overcooked, and cold food. We never even got any of our soups or salads that we had ordered. They offereda discount for extremely poor timeliness but it was not enough and much too late. I would pass completely from dining here untilthey get their sheeps in order. Read more
What a joke.. Came in and waited about 15 minutes to get seated. No problem. Walking to the table, noticed that the place wasn't... busy but we had to wait because half the tables had yet to be cleared. We got our drinks and then had to wait 30 minutes forsomeone to even come ask about food. Then we waited over a good hour before we threw in the towel and left, while the rest ofour party waited. There was never a empty counter for the ready food. I understand the lack of waitresses but when they arestanding around talking, then I have a problem. The food our party finally got what mediocre at very best. Burgers weretasteless, steak was chewy. Giving this place 1 star is being EXTREMELY generous. Will never ever be going back and I willdefinitely be letting others know about the poor experience we had. Read more
Where do i start..drinks took forever then our food took a long time, one of our party didnt get her salad till most of us were... done eating. We ordered a second round of drinks and finally told her to forget it because it took so long.. Our group of 10 allagreed we wont go back again. Needs some serious wait, management skills. Read more
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Went in for lunch with 3 adults and 5 kids (ages: 16, 11, 6, 2 and 11 months) while... site seeing from out of town. There was a large table of about 15 there when we arrived, getting their food as we walked in anda few tables with 2 people. It took almost 15 minutes before we were approached by a waiter for our drink order, when drinksarrived 2 were missing and the waiter could not remember what was ordered, 3 drinks came without ice which was odd. We orderedfood, menu was pretty small, 4 kids meals and some appetizers. Initially only 2 appetizers arrived which took about 20 minutes,we waited patiently for the other items (about 15 minutes) and then were finally approached by a waitress (later found out shewas the manager) who did not initially take our order. We told her we were still missing quite a few items among them the kidsmeals and 3 appetizers. It was then she told us one of the kids meals was no longer available (mac and cheese) and was beingreplaced by a quesidilla, not an ideal change but we took it. The waitress herself went back and made it right then and there,which was nice but no other consideration was given to the other missing items. After she made said quesidilla she left it siton the kitchen window and didn't bring it to the table, she never came back to follow up us. Finally the kids cheeseburgerarrived without the fried it was ordered with, followed by the 2 kids cheese pizzas that were so tough my kids couldn't evenchew them. At this point we were still missing 3 items we ordered, all appetizers. During all this wait we witnessedcheeseburgers sitting on the kitchen window waiting to be brought to tables for about 15 minutes, these were finally deliveredby a staff member who was sweating profusely and kept wiping the sweat from his forehead and hair right before grabbing platesof food... First day open but. When I placed my order the response was we will see if we can make that. It was 15 minutes for the waitress... to come around and ask if I?d like more coffee. Waited 45 minutes, simple order of eggs, hash browns, and ham had not yet come.Left a few bucks for the coffee. I know that the first few weeks might need some bugs worked out but that long for a simplebreakfast order? Like to support local businesses so I may try it again in 6 months. Read more
The food really isn't worth the price. My son ordered a chicken strips basket off the kids menu and got 1 tiny strip. It said... strips meaning more than 1 but they said only 1 comes with it. I paid $6 for a tiny strip and less than a handful of fries. Theburgers said seasoned and they weren't seasoned very well. My actually had a sour taste to the meat like the meat had expiredand when the waitr6tried to tell the cook about it we could hear him yell at her like she was wrong and I didn't know what I wastalking about. The same was for my fiance's burger. And don't get me started on the flies that were all over the place. We wereeating inside and had to constantly swat flies away from food.
