All I can is when. I went inside to order the place was a total mess. Cashier sitting down with his feet propped up. Food was... very nasty and cold. The door on the bathroom stall was broken. One of the toilets looked like it hadn't been flushed in days. Iwill NEVER ever go back to that taco bell.
