April 30, 2022- 5:30 pm-We stopped at the Lemars Pizza Hut, expecting a nice meal. We made it to the entrance an were greeted-... however the staff explained that they were too busy an could not seat an serve us! We were actually turned away- the staffexplained they only had two people working an could not accommodate us- because they already had a large table of 10-12 an maybe3 others booths with customers- the store was not even at 1/4 capacity-What is this world coming too- not impressed! Restaurant was clean when I was there in Lemar IA. The staff was friendly. My server was a high school student with an upbeat... attitude. Attentive and smiles. The remaining staff was friendly. Recommend it for a positive atmosphere and cleanly place. Read more
Good pizza pasta is plan though but I did like the appearance
There was hardly any cheese on the cheese breadstick and what was on there was overcooked and crispy. I have a pic if you want... it. The pizza had a good amount of toppings, cheese, and was cooked properly. Sadly there was an off flavor, like old oil. Kindof a plastic taste if that makes sense. We also had to heat it up. It was delivery so I never expected hot from the oven, but itwas barely over 100 on my thermometer. Read more
Actually this Pizza Hut made the mistake of putting black olives on my pizza instead of the bacon I asked for when ordering... online. Called the restaurant and talked to a real nice guy who immediately credited the whole pizza purchase and added a bonusoffer for my next order. I was blown away! I could tell he had had a tough day so I mentioned to him to keep his head up thattomorrow would be different. He thanked me for being calm, respectful and for not yelling at him. Even though it wasn?t thebest food experience it sure was from a customer service standpoint. I ordered my favorite, ultimate cheese lovers with honey barbeque drizzle and garlic butter stuffed crust. Which is delicious,... however at this particular Pizza hut they didn't put the drizzle on. Instead they handed me a little sauce cup and I did itmyself. This wouldn't bother me if they were busy and just didn't have the time but there were only 3 other tables there. Thepizza was not cut very well and I had to hack at it pretty good. And the crust is normally a little firmer so it was "floppy". Iwent with a friend and we took 2 different orders, and clearly stated we were seperate. In the end when we went to pay theycharged us together and it took them several minutes to seperate the order. This is not cool. I order a double pepperoni pizza, and I get a square thing, with not very many pepperonis, pizza. What the... heck is this. Is this For real. Half of this is crust, nobody wants the pizza for the crust. No wonder no one goes here anymore. Pizza good, square crust no good. Price expensive also. Read more
