This location isn't very good at all. I have ordered salads which you pay a lot for at Subway and everytime at this location... they have been horrible and barely have had anything in them compared to other locations and they don't mix them up like they doat other locations either. Not to mention the poor customer service and attitudes at this location. Read more
The girl who just made my sandwich, Carlee, is sloppy and rude. I do understand the lunch rush and needing to hurry customers... through the line. However, I didn't ask for a torn up sandwich bun, my toppings to be slapped on everywhere and mustard/mayosquirted out at one end and not across the whole sandwich. Beware, you may need your sandwich remade. Read more
I won't be going back to this Subway. The last 3 times I've gone to their drive through on my lunch hour I've waited 5-10 mins... without being helped. Not even to say they're busy and will be with me in a moment. HORRIBLE customer service! I drove up to thewindow and was told they were busy helping people in the lobby. Read more
I stop to eat at this particular Subway every chance I get. The staff are attentive, have great smiles and are very good at... making my sandwich just right. We ordered 3 party platters last week, ham roast beef and turkey. They were ready right on time,fresh and just as expected. Thanks for doing such a great job! I came in here today around 3:15 . I waited for quite a while. There was a girl up front who saw that I was there but she... completely ignored me. I could tell she was talking to somebody. Finally. The guy (Tanner) she was talking with came out.Theyboth acted like I was bothering them. So I asked if you (Subway ) was open and told them I had been standing there for awhilewithout being helped. It was very very rude and inconsiderate to be ignored like that. I should have caught it on camera .There's no reason for me to be treated like that. I am sure if I was A white female or just white in general i would have beentreated differently ( please roll back the cameras and look at this incident ) absolutely unacceptable . Read more
