I just went in to buy 3 sandwiches for me and my family. The two ladies who were in there, both young maybe 18-23. They were... both extremely rude to me. Rushed me, talked to me like I was dumb, and talked down to me. The second lady was ringing me upwith my first order and I told her I wanted a bag of baked lays. I then finished with the other order and asked her if she gotthe chips. She said no you?ll have to get it with the other sandwich and walked away. Both ladies were very very rude and didtheir job as if they hated it. I would suggest either a good talking to or a fire. Everyone else in line was uncomfortable andin shock as to how rude they were. Terrible customer service. Update: Called the manager to speak to her about it. Her name isDestiny. At first she was polite and willing to hear us out. As soon as she heard what happened she immediately turned on us andsaid that it was okay for the employees to be rude because they felt I was rude. I was in no way rude, check the securitycamera. Anyways, she immediately started going off and saying that they had the right to be rude. My mom was talking to her andtold Destiny she should not be in that profession and destiny said very snarky that she agreed. This girl is way too young to bea manager of all things. She was very rude, snarky, stuck up, and she yelled!!! No way to treat customers. I will make sureeveryone knows never to go here again. Update #2: After speaking with the owner of the subways in the area, he was very helpfuland apologetic. He informed us this was not the first complaint against destiny and her staff. He assured me it would be takencare of and even gave us some coupons. Amazing customer care from him. A great owner who wants his businesses run well. Thankyou! Read more
While my sweet onion chicken teriyaki was being made he put the chicken on the bread and asked "it's fine if it's toasted... right?". I told him no. When I sat down to eat, the chicken was very cold. I walked over and asked the same guy "did you heat upmy chicken?". He said "I think so" and offered no correction. Threw my sandwich away. I'm not going to beg them to hear it upif they obviously don't want to do it. I'll eat something from the gas station instead of here. Read more
Always great and customer service the best. Only one issue...change your listed operating hours on this site to say you close at... 9:00pm instead of 10:00pm. That?s all! I don?t usually leave reviews for places, much less for food places. I also don?t normally receive exceptional service at Subway... in general. But the ladies that helped me today were above exceptional! They were super nice, attentive, quick, and offered megreat suggestions when I wasn?t sure what I wanted. 5 stars for those ladies and this establishment! Read more
Always loved Subway. My most recent visit the employees threw my sandwich together a bit sloppy and didn't seem to know what... they were doing because they gave me 6 inch worth meat for a foot long. after toasting the meat(I have just the meat and cheesetoasted, not bread) they put the meat but it only covered half the sandwich. Then they just spread the meat real thin across thesandwich instead of adding more XD but I didn't want to complain because they were young, busy, and asking each other lots ofquestions so I didn't want to frustrate them anymore than they were already. They seemed new, so I understand that too.Generally I am very satisfied with my food so I can take 1 bad experience after so many good :) Read more
Smaller location but it had everything that all of the stores sell. The staff were helpful and it was not busy at noon.
Ur was great we showed up around 830 pm the girls were obviously cleaning up getting ready for closing but they went out of... their way to welcome us assure us it was fine if we ate in even though there were 8 of us & 4 us were very little kids ( veryrowdy, very messy) it was great they were super nice, super friendly and helpful! Honestly haven't had that great of an dine inexperience since before the pandemic. We will make it a point to visit this location! The entire experience was great ???? Read more
