Severally understaffed to where our food wait was about 45 minutes and they even locked the doors so only mobile and drive thru... orders were accepted. It didn't help that two of the employees were moving like cold tar. The food was fine once we got it. Read more
Spent $9 on a combo and was told it didn't come with a drink even though the menu board said it did. Staff was also... inattentive, we had to wait 10 minutes just to place an order. Chicken was dry and not flavored. We've tried to give this a tryseveral times. Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else. Read more

During the pandemic, the dining room was closed, so this time we thought we'd dine in. The employee kindly told us they couldn't... take our order for 10 minutes since they were short staffed. I felt so bad for him and the young man working the drivethru...cars were backed up to the road. He told us that 2 workers didn't show up and 1 called in sick. They were doing thebest they could. These fast food places are all short staffed and the ones working there are stressed with not having enoughhelp. My chicken sandwich was scrumptious and I made sure to thank him for it???????? A+ experience. I ordered ahead on the app and got there just after the time the app said it would be ready. They hadn't started... my order, but it turns out that was because I ordered the shrimp basket and they do those on the spot. A little disappointing,but understandable, and they offered me a drink while I waited, which impressed me. What really won me over, though, was theworkplace attitude. The manager was there making sure the workers had everything they needed and asking who wanted to work whereso that they were all comfortable in their positions. First let me explain that I love Popeye's. Your chicken sandwiches are the bomb and i normally have no issues with this... restaurant. Tonight however, unfortunately is the exception. I ordered my food online and part of the order was two chickensandwiches w/extra pickle. Usually when i order my sandwiches with extra pickle i get six instead of four. I got there to pickup my food and the manager tells me that i will be five minutes for chicken. I said ok. Meanwhile, There was a white bag on thecounter. 15 min later i see the employee put a chicken box in the bag and call my name. No way was i taking chicken sandwichesthat were sitting on a cold counter for 15 min. I ask to have the chicken sandwiches remade. meanwhile the manager is dumping abox of canjun fries back into the hopper! This violates two or at least three food health service violations. Then i get my foodand get home. Lo and behold both of my sandwiches had half a jar of pickles in them. So I brought the sandwiches back and madethem make me new ones. I've been going to this Popeye's and always had great service. Very disappointing to say the least. Read more
First time trying Popeyes and it really good! This location Is a little short staffed but still got our food out fairly quick!... The guy running the register, mayb the GM, was very friendly! The food was pretty good! Popcorn shrimp was bomb! Read more
This Popeyes location is very well kept. The speed of getting our meals was fast. The food was fresh and hot. The shrimp and... finger basket had a great flavor. The only downside was the Soda machine was missing several syrups, which required me to goback to the counter to ask for a diet coke. Read more
