Although the drinks are always great, the customer service is not. We walked in as a couple walked out (without drinks). They... had given up. We stood in line while three workers were behind the counter, no greeting, no acknowledgement. One girl was makinga drink, a guy was doing dishes and the other girl walked around asking what to do next. All of us made eye contact with eachother several times, again no acknowledgement or ?I?ll be right with you.? The girl making drinks then decided to go on breakwhile the line was growing back to the door. This left the other two who were both oblivious to people waiting to order. Thegirl did look at the time and say, ?we still have an hour before close.? My husband then piped up and asked if they wanted us toturn off the OPEN sign. Confused the girl said no, we have an hour. The employees were nice, friendly, and happy! They made the smoothie fast and it tasted delicious!
How can someone order 1 medium smoothie and have to wait almost 45 mins and seen orders of 4 or more drinks getting made and was... told may be a 10 min wait. After no one says anything to me waiting forever I bet if I didn't say anything I'd be waitinganother half hour. They make good drinks, but they are unbelievably slow. Be prepared to spend 20 minutes here waiting on a single drink. It seems... like they cater to mobile orders more than orders placed in the store. Read more
