Nice kids, clean surroundings, but incredibly slow service for the amount of people working. Waited 15-20 minutes for my drinks,... when I got them the whip had melted and the temp was significantly cooled down. These had clearly been made and then sat waitingfor a bit before they gave them out. Still tasty, warm enough to enjoy, but did feel the need to quickly drink it before itcooled any further. Meh. For you help in ordering?..This my friends is a medium Americano with cream and sugar (2 sugar packets)? I tell you this because... if you want a hot drink, you will need to order something other than an Medium Americano. I tried twice and I got this icedmedium Americano with crunchy sugar grains in it. We?ve heard great things about Dutch Bros Coffee, so we decided to stop by after our trip to Home Depot. We were absolutely... blown away with how many options they had on their menu. Everything sounded delicious and we had the hardest time choosing justone drink. I finally settled on the Annihilator and my fiancé chose the Double Torture. We both got them hot and in a sizelarge. The Annihilator (chocolate macadamia nut breve) was okay. The coffee was really smooth, but the flavor wasn?t quite whatI was expecting. The Double Torture (extra double shot vanilla mocha) wasn?t quite what my fiancé was hoping for, but I thoughtit was delicious. It was sweeter than the Annihilator and had more flavor. We were a little surprised with the sizes. Weexpected the large to be a little bigger than it was. I?m not sure how many ounces a large is and I couldn?t find thatinformation on their website. The inspirational messages on the coffee lids were pretty cool though! There was a long like inthe drive-thru, but there were employees in both lanes taking orders and payment. It made the line go so fast and it was abreeze when we got to the window! The employees were all really nice! We will definitely go back and try something else. I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about the Layton location. They are fast, so kind, make ordering so easy, and... the line goes so quickly with the way they handle it! We moved to Utah a year ago and it?s the best chain coffee we have foundin Layton! Read more
I love Dutch but they always have a supper long line of cars. Every time I?ve gone to the walk up they have the window shut and... I have to stand outside waiting to even be acknowledged. Today it took ten minutes for someone to come to the window and therewas other people waiting behind me as well. I?m okay with waiting because I know it?s busy but at least have the window open oracknowledge the walk ups by saying it will be a couple of minutes before they can take our orders. Read more
