Normally leave fast food alone, this evening they had poor service at best. Frys are soggy and cold, generally crispy and... straight from the fryer. Burrito was technically made right but looked like it was dropped a few times. I work 2 jobs and simplydont have time to go find a manager nor do I care to call. Every time I go through the drive through ask ask for a courtesy cup of water I am lied to and told they are out of the... cups. Yes every time I dine I and ask they never tell me they?re out because I can visually see the cups. Too long of a wait! One guy said he had been waiting for 40 minutes! The ladies in the back are working but if they got some... hustle it would speed things up a lot. I've been in the restaurant industry most of my adult life, I've been over 3 stores, theyneed someone to push them to move faster and you'd see a HUGE increase in sales. Hell pay them more or replace them, Iunderstand hard workers are hard to find but if you start at $15-18 you'll get the workers you need who will move customersmaking you money. They are open 24 hours so they are super convenient and located right at the freeway so so it is very Easy to access. They have... a huge drive-through and a large parking lot that has access yes access for all handicap as well as no stairs so any cataccessibility is located throughout the whole location.
