Reviews for Chinese Kitchen in Layton, UT
This is my new favorite Chinese place in Layton. The food is really good and tasty. If you want good Chinese, you can't go wrong... with this place. I only give it 4, as right now it is much better to get take out not dine in. You can dine in but, I believe inorder to be more health conscious, they only server cans of soda and bottled water. So if you only wanted a glass of water, youwill be charged for it as they only have the bottles. In the picture is when I got orange chicken. The flavor was really goodand they even added a decorative carrot that looks like a butterfly, as seen in the picture. Beyond that there isn't muchnegative to say. The food is, as I said, the best of the Chinese restaurants I've tried in Layton so far, and all their foodthat I've tried has been delicious. Their prices are reasonable and the service is friendly. We've been here a few times and really enjoyed the food. Compared to similar restaurants in the area the chicken usually seems... very fresh and the noodles are high quality. My current favorite is the orange chicken and my wife enjoys the chow mi fun. Read more
Beef and Broccoli. Vegetable Lo Mein. Singapore Noodles.....all so delicious. Friendly service. Update. Went here 4/24/21.... I ordered Mongolian Beef. But what I got was Mongolian onions with a small amount of beef. I'd say 75% of the dish was onions. And it was EXTREMELY greasy. A very disappointing experience today. Photo below shows the Mongolian Beef after I separated theonions from the beef. Read more
I love this little restaurant. They do have an allergy disclaimer that they use MSG, so it might not be for everyone, but the... people working here are nothing but friendly and kind and the food is DELICIOUS. If you're looking for a sweet, neighborhoodAsian restaurant come on over! Plus, the chef makes gorgeous little carrot butterflies and radish flowers as garnish for yourmeal. Read more
