This location needs some improvements. The men's room has the urinal right next to the door with no barrier, nor is there a... barrier for the toilet. There were several flies buzzing around the restaurant. The good parts were having a play area and quickservice. Read more

I went to the drive-thru this morning and normally I never have an issue when I ask them to make me fresh hash browns because... there is one manager there who's wonderful and when I ask her to drop fresh hash browns she does but this morning there happenedto be a young girl working who I asked to drop the hash browns and instead she went and got me hash browns that have beensitting there for at least 15 minutes. How do I know they had been sitting there for 15 minutes because I been sitting at thegas station next door. I'm sorry but hash browns that have been sitting there for 15 minutes or not fresh. Fresh out of thefryer means fresh out of the fryer that means you drop new hash browns and not give me an attitude about it which she did. Ieven asked her not to do that at the window and she still went and just got me the hash browns that have been sitting there forat least 15-20 minutes and the sandwich that I asked them to make wasn't made fresh either. Every time we come here, they get our order wrong. And wrong as in items are always missing or I get a smaller burger than I had... ordered. Example today, We got a plain double cheese burger, plain double bacon, and 2 orders of small fries. Instead we got aregular cheeseburger, regular bacon burger and 1 set of small fries. At this point, I feel they are straight up stealing from meas they have done this every time as of late. Was bummed, took my kids here cause growing up I loved Burger King. The food here was cold, seemed old. They forgot our fries,... had to back through. Got home and realized they subbed 1 of the double cheeseburgers we ordered for a regular cheeseburger. Andthey had practically nothing on them. No pickles, barely any ketchup or mustard, just a cold disappointment. Read more

DISGUSTING!!!! I ordered two (2) Chicken King Sandwich Combos, spent over $20 and received a MICROWAVED, RUBBERY, OLD, chicken... breast! AND IT STUNK...LIKE ROTTING MEAT!!! I took both meals back, received two (2) new meals--AND IT WAS THE SAME!!! Threwboth meals away. It was a Saturday mid-afternoon, and when I went through the drive thru, the entire place was off...lights, noother employee but the one at the drive-thru, a restaurant closed sign but her friends going in/out of the restaurant via acracked open door.
