Sonic will always have a special place in my heart due to a situation the day after the 9/11 tragedy. We have 4 locations,... however, only the one on Lee understands "mustard cheeseburger, no mayo/catsup, but I want everything else, add extra pickles".At other locations, I've had to send it back multiple times, once on the third try it came out just meat and bread. The sonic 2612 sw Lee Blvd, lawton, ok has had an issue with my houses order, they blame the speaker or the headset, but I... honestly think that they choose not to listen. How do you mess up a plain cheese burger (just meat bread and cheese)? How do youconfuse a coke float for a vanilla shake? How do you demand a tip (paying with card), not allowing the customer to select "notip"? Then when the time goes out - the screen regarding a tip - is still on there and the payment that was placed does not gothrough, I better not get charged twice. They have also somehow almost given any other drink aside from a coke float. They havemessed up a grape limeade slush- either giving just a limeade or an iced tea. Read more
Called in an order a day ahead of time I offered to pay in advance and gave all relevant information. I made it clear that I... needed my order at a specific time. I waited 45 minutes for my food which was for an employee breakfast. Imagine myembarrassment when I walked into work 20 minutes after breakfast was to be served. I will never order from sonic again. The location was clean and well maintained. The service was very poor, though not from the car hop. He was great. The kitchen... staff and young lady that took my order were found to be wanting. The order has to be repeated 4 times. *2 burgers and cheesesticks.* Nothing was amended or had special request. The first round of food brought out wasn't even our order. The second roundof food brought out was still incorrect. The cheese sticks were a small not large. The burger was just a burger and not themeal. And the drink was a medium not small. If this is the Sonic in Lawton on Lee Blvd. I ask for Chili Cheese Tater Tots with very little Chili. The girl brought it out... and she had to of known it has a lot of chili because the container was heavy! Yet she handed it to me and I said this is notvery little Chili and I looked at it and it was a lot of chili!! So she is like I will take it back, well you shouldn't havebrought it out.
