I ordered delivery from Slim Chickens on 10/31 and it arrived soaked in grease and inedible. I called and spoke with an employee... who told me that they would replace my order, but it was already getting late and we ate sandwiches. She told us that she wouldwrite my name on the board and my order would be replaced when I called in. I attempted to call in my replacement order and theemployee was rude to me and asked me if they "really needed to replace the whole order" as if I were trying to scam. I spentover $70 on food that was unable to be eaten and was treated like I wanted to scam for some chicken tenders when it was supposedto be made right. At this point, they just owe me my money back. You can see how unappetizing it is from the photos and Ihonestly didn't want to give them a 2nd chance. The only reason I did is because the young woman who talked to me on the phonethat night was exceptionally kind and understanding. First time for my wife and I. Service good with a smile, food was great. I had the chicken sandwich and my wife had the chicken... salad. Very good salad and sandwich was very flavorful. Will return when I'm in the area. Oh, lemonade delish. Read more
We visited SC for the first time and we must say this was an amazing experience. Since they knew it was our 1st time the... cashier/hostess gave us suggestions that truly met our taste and gave us comfort, relief enough to give them 5?. The Chicken &waffles was delicious and the Slim's salad w/ the 2 types of dressing accented delightful but the dessert really wowed us! Weordered the strawberry short cake can you believe it comes in a jar ????.
