If i could leave zero stars i would. I mistakenly put the wrong address on the order. So, i called to change the address. The... man on the phone rudely told me my new address was out of range and hung up on me. I was nice enough to call back and offer togo pick it up when he told me in an ugly attitude that he already voided the order. When asked to speak to the manager he statedhe was the manager. Then started to make excuses on why he hung up in my face. A grown man with poor customer service skillsshould not be in a manager position. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. --!!DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!-- Worst place to order take out from from multiple purchases and final one. They lost a customer... today. Food has been out for delivery for 2 hours, called and got told that the driver knocked on the door and no one answeredwhen my couch is 3 feet from the door and I was on it. Also they could of called if that was the case (they called in the past).Always forget drinks and sides. What did they think they were going to return the pizza and keep my money? The gentleman there working at night is AWESOME! He has gone out of his way on numerous occasions to make sure that our... experience with Pizza Hut is a great one & it started with his smiling face & even in his time of handling it ALL, he has alwaysbeen the most pleasant person I've ever met! Miss the cheese sticks I use to get when I was let out for lunch n Highschool. They were less than $4. They would take a cheese... personal pan pizza cut it into strips n serve it with marinara sauce n side of ranch. My all time favorite. Too bad the priceshave gone up so much. Read more
