Normally experience is pretty good, but this last time did have a little rough time. Made an online order at around 6 said it... would be ready 6:43-6:48 got there at 6:45 after getting an email that it was ready but was told 10 more minutes. Waited10minutes in car then went back in about 12 minutes later and sat and waited had to wait about another 5-10minites. There was alady who was telling others they needed to communicate and was being very helpful she was asking everyone what they were waitingon and trying to figure out what was going with the orders. She even offered us a 2 liter with our food when she asked us againwhat what the order was, we didn't take her up on it but it was very sweet of her and helpful. Read more
Got a deep dish pizza it wasn't even cooked all the way through It was very doughy. No one was wearing gloves there was even... someone in the back with a cast that wasn't covered and he was making food. Read more
Had a horrible experience at this Little Caesars. Standard 20 minute wait, no big deal. Went through the drive thru to pickup my... pizza. Saw mostly all the employees near the back. Smelled a bit like weed. Got my pizza, headed home and saw how nasty thepizza looked. It looked like it had been covered in cheese or garlic or something. Tasted too garlic-y. The crazy bread was alsovery stale, like they made it a few days ago. Can't even eat this pizza. Pretty sure they're too busy smoking to make a decentpizza. Read more
They were busy but fast. I stopped in very spontaneously but a able to get crazy bread and my choice of 3 different hot& ready... pizzas. So for all intent & purposes, they did great. Read more
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Let?s start with ?Hot N? Ready?. My wife waited almost a hour for this mediocre excuse for... pizza. Not to mention we ordered crazy sticks and did not receive a single one. This pizza is literally all tomato sauce andwhat makes this even better is it?s half pizza have CHEESY Breadsticks! Like what the hell?? The ?CHEESY? breadsticks taste likesome overcooked crunchy crust which I?m sure everyone who orders pizza loves ????. I will never be coming back to this LittleCaesars and honestly may never go back to one ever again. I?ve had some pretty good Pizzas from OTHER Little Casers but thislocation has left such a bad taste in my mouth literally and figuratively that I can honestly say I will GLADLY drive 20 minutesacross town just to have someone else prepare my food. Ordered here online for delivery with door dash, wait about an hour for the pizza to get here, and when it does it's the wrong... order. Which granted normally wouldn't be too big of a deal because at most places you just call and get a new one sent to youthat's the correct order. Not here though, they only do refunds and you have to wait 7-10 days before seeing the money hit theaccount, and to make matters worse the pizza itself that came looks like they had it sitting under the oven to keep it warm foratleast a week with how old it is. (i've also eaten here before and that's just about how every hot and ready pizza they haveis.) Anyways though, given all of that, I don't think this is a general Little caesars problem, just this locations serviceproblem. Read more
I needed 6 pizzas, they made them fresh..They reenacted Romeo and juliet until my order was ready..
