Yesterday, 6/5/22 I ordered three pizza and an order of garlic knots. One of the pizza was ordered with no cheese. The original... wait time was around 25 minutes when I ordered to more around 45 minutes. The pizza gets here and the pizza with no cheese hascheese and I didn?t even receive the garlic knots. I called the store to have them remake my pizza and actually deliver theknots. The manager asks me to give back the pizza with cheese, no problem, but then tells me it?s gonna be a two hour wait toget my order corrected and delivered. I ask to speak to the manager and he said he was. I asked for someone above him and he gotsnappy. So I?ll be calling corporate today for a full refund and won?t be ordering from any dominos again. This store isn't able to break $100.00 ???? But yet the other store can? Then after driving down the street to break the... hundred. The price change from $27.87 to $35.67? Arriving back to doninos. Another person apologized that the driver wasn'taware of the policy of accepting an hundred dollar bill, and blamed her. Your a team! Please don't blame the one person whodecided to help the customer, when the people inside the store seemed preoccupied. Read more
I called in to place an order. I asked for specials. He said carry out or delivery. I said both. He then told me and I asked... which one for delivery. He replied in a rude tone and said both. I then asked him to repeat them. He was very rude this time. Istopped him in mid sentence and told him forget it. I then hung up phone. This was at 1:10 on Sunday afternoon on 1/30/22. I?m aregular customer and did not appreciate The way I was treated. So I called Pizza Hut and placed an order and was very satisfied. Read more
We haven't eaten from them in a while...but they haven't changed a bit! We ordered the $20 meal...2 2-topping medium pizzas with... 16 Garlic Parmesan bites...delicious! I also ordered a 2-liter and some Cinnamon knots. It only took about 20 minutes, and itwas all awesome!! Our store was the store on NW Cache by Dairy Queen. Read more
Absolutely unacceptable do not order from this domino's. My order was destroyed (pretty sure it was ate out of off). The manager... hung up on me twice. The worst customer service ever. Manager basically told me to F off and wasn't hearing any of my concerns.Said he would refund me but not re-deliver my food!!!
