Every few months, they seem to misplace part of my address, cancel, and fail to contact me. When I ask for a discount because... it's two hours late, they agree, but they then charge me for the service without the reduction. How silly and unprofessionalthat they cannot read an address When I ordered pizza two days, three days, and six days ago, my address was always exactlyright on the tag, but suddenly it vanished. We ordered the food over the phone and had cash to pay for our order. They told us 7 to 17 minutes before it was ready. We... arrived at the drive thru a half hour later and waited in line for 10 minutes. This specific location is a disaster. I ordered 2 2 topping pizzas and an order of lava cakes around 7 pm on a Monday night. At... 8:30 after still not receiving the pizzas (we live less than 3 minutes from this location) we called, we were hung up on twiceand the third time when someone did answer the phone it was *incredibly* rude. Not only were they rude they were clear wewouldn?t be receiving our pizzas until at least 10:30-11 and suggested we just cancel our order. Ugh. Pizzas were dry and flavorless. The wings had more sauce than the pizzas(see photo). The crew was fighting with each other.... They had to remake one of our pizzas because they dropped it. Only good thing is they refunded most of our money after we calledto complain. Read more
