I've been here three times. The first time I went the lady was extremely unpleasant and was upset that we wanted to order from... Charley's and the Cinnabon at the same time. We shrugged it off to a bad day. Second time was fine but it was a differentperson. The third time was today and it was the same lady as the first. I tried to order two cream drinks and a lemonade.
