Menu for Apache Casino Hotel in Lawton, OK

So disappointed! Came for an event in their large banquet hall. The food was payed for, yet the servers stood at the door and... stopped people from taking food home. They said "it is our health and safety code". I understand policy, but each person fromthe event manager to the to the servers acted like it was TSA. They were stopping people at the door asking them if they hadpie. Additionally, Sandi, the banquet manager lacked any professionalism. I was there to perform for the event and was told byherself, to be there for sound check between 8-9am. I showed up and then she told me there was no equipment. I have performedall over the country and even in the NFL arena, yet I was not allowed in the green room to get ready and was told by Sandi thatI was "not a $14,000 band" and I didn't warrant use of the green room. She did however offer the public bathroom to me. Mind youI showed up for sound check and was not yet show ready. No one accommodated me or offered a solution. I never requested a motelroom yet she told me twice I cannot have one. I have never been treated with such disdain at any venue I have performed in. I amhighly disappointed and left feeling less than welcome. I was treated like I was a bother to them. This was a 400 + guest seatevent and you would think we snuck in. Take your business elsewhere. And while I am all for supporting Native Americanbusinesses, I do not recommend this place. Read more

I have been going to Apache Hotel and casino for a few months. I gamble everyday at one casino or another in southern Oklahoma.... I am a top tier player at several casinos. Apache has decent food. Apache is very clean very nice place. Has a wonderful floorstaff, and Has a wide variety of games. That being said I think they have a problem with fairness on their drawings Ispecifically went there to try and get enough tickets to win a Harley they were giving away. I took pictures of my number ofentrees each time I checked on how many tickets I had amassed in the drawing. 13 minutes before the drawing for the motorcyclewas announced over 800 of my entries disappeared. They had a regular drawing for cash and free play didn?t get called for thateither . I noticed they called the same name numerous times throughout the night. So I don?t trust their drawings. I called tofind out what happened to my tickets the rep I talked to promised me some free concert tickets , but never came through he didcall me back and try to sell them to me for 175 apiece. So their word is no good either. Thanks for nothing Lee. Then I calledto find out how their senior free play works they told me , so off I go from Texas to Lawton Oklahoma to play my regular weeklyfree play because of my tier and points. Upon arrival I earned 10 and 20 dollars additional free play by spending money I wentto the kiosk to redeem it and found it?s conveniently not working. The players club of course couldn?t put it on your card so Igot screwed out of that furthermore the people in the Apache rewards club are not that great in my opinion. The Apache doesn?tmind screwing you over and lying with a smile. Apache payouts don?t seem to be that great either. They announce jackpots overthe loud speaker. You don?t hear a lot of those being announced. The slots are tight the VGTS are sporadic but you?re not goingto win anything of significance unless you?re incredibly lucky at the Apache. Y'ALL THEY HAVE BED BUGS...I HAVE STAYED AT A WIDE VARIETY OF HOTELS AND NEVER CAME ACROSS A REAL LIVE BED BUG...WE JUST GOT... INTO THE ROOM AND I TAKE MY JACKET OFF LOSE THE BACK OF MY EARRING SO I GET MY FLASHLIGHT TO FIND IT AND I SEE THE BIGGEST BUGOF MY LIFE. SO IMMEDIATELY I CALL THE FRONT DESK AND THEY TELL ME TO COME BACK TO THE OFFICE WHICH I DO. THEY GIVE ME ADIFFERENT FROM BEFORE. I THOROUGHLY CHECKED THE ROOM AND I DIDN'T FIND ANY BUGS THANK GOD JUST SOME TAPE ON THE WALL GUITAR PICKAND THEY SERIOUSLY NEED TO VACUUM BETTER. I REALLY JUST WANTED MY MONEY BACK OR AT LEAST A ROOM UPGRADE. ALSO THEY SHOW THEYHAVE BREAKFAST UNLESS YOU PAY FOR IT THERE WAS NO VALET PARKING EITHER. Very nice hotel and casino. The rooms are very clean and the service on point all the time. The casino is fun and well... distributed. We landed on this hotel after canceling a last minute reservation at a Days Inn and we were really happy we cancelthat reservation. I would come back to this hotel in the future. Read more
