Literally the worst Dunkin' I have ever experienced. The lady at the drive thru was decent, I don't have a problem with her.... It's my actual order that will make me never come here ever again. I used to come here all of the time, it's a convenientDunkin' right on Rt. 1... But because of the CONSTANT mess ups that they do with orders is just crazy. I asked for a SIMPLE FVHOT COFFEE with 1 extra pump and sugar... I literally received a hot coffee with milk... Are you KIDDING ME? Lobby entrance was closed - only drive thru. Lot of inconvenience. Sings were not posted appropriately. AVOID ????

I was not very happy with the service received today. July 18th 2022. I did have a semi large order. However, I was given a corn... muffin, when I asked for a blueberry muffin & there was hair inside the middle of my avocado toast I didnt realize any of thisuntil I was to far away from the place & could not e turn right away due to heading to work. I also tried calling for 20 mins &there was no answer & after a while it seemed as though they were hanging up on the call. I will try again later but am verysurprised by this service today. I will go back to get a refund today when I?m free. Unfortunately, I don?t give food placesecond chances because I don?t play when it comes to food. But I will be contacting corporate. Read more
Second time i go in to order toasted scooped out begal with screen cheese and yet again it wasn?t scooped out nor toasted... ???????????. I am not asking them to carry bricks, It?s a simple order yet they can?t get it right. ???? to top it off theyalways have an attitude. Read more

My order always never comes out right even when they ask me (the second time) what it is I want and they still get it wrong. And... they soak my bagel in cream cheese and it?s just a big sloppy mess.
